Requirement description :
- Proficient in gen surg, ortho fracture care, vascular, and urology [Required]
- BLS- [REQUIRED]
- NBSTSA - [REQUIRED]
- Previous travel- [Highly Preferred]
- NOTE: completion of Glens Falls Hospital Operating Room Orientation will be required!
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
- 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
- NBSTSA Certification and BLS - Must be uploaded with profile
