What You'll Do

• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures in general, gyn, vascular, thoracic, ortho, neuro, and trauma cases
• Ensure proper set-up and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies
• Support surgical team before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols
• Precept new or traveling staff when proficiency is noted
• Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Recent surgical tech experience, with proficiency in multiple specialties as listed
• Ability to work independently and follow hospital protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Recent references (must include two supervisor-signed references, verified upon request)
