What Youll Do:
Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and supplies in the operating room
Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures
Ensure sterile field and proper aseptic techniques
Monitor and document patient status during surgeries
Follow all safety and protocol standards
Communicate effectively with team members and hospital staff
Support patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
What You Need:
Valid Certified Surgical Tech (CST) certification
Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to work evening shifts in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with healthcare team
