- 3 years current CST experience [REQUIRED] - NON NEGOTIABLE [REQUIRED]
- Service lines they must be able to scrub: General
Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Ophthalmology (cataracts - must be able to load
lenses, oculoplastics), GI/Endo specimen capture, scope reprocessing [REQUIRED] - NON NEGOTIABLE - DaVinci Robot experience [preferred]
- NBSTSA [REQUIRED] (NCCT not accepted)
- Travel experience [REQUIRED] - NON NEGOTIABLE. First time travelers will not be considered
- Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer/at interview. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

- NOTE MT ASCUTNEY 3 STRIKE RULE FOR CALL OFFS (enforced immediately):
- After 3 call offs, a traveler's contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at Mt Ascutney Hospital and Health Center's discretion
- Each call off must be communicated to the unit supervisor at least 1.5 hours in advance
