Temp Clerical - 1st Shift

Midway Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Clerical Associate to support daily office and warehouse administrative operations. If you have strong organizational and computer skills, we encourage you to apply!

Location: St. Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate:$18.00/hour

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Process and organize shipping and receiving documentation.
• Answer phones, emails, and assist with general office tasks.
• File, scan, and manage paperwork.
• Support warehouse and office staff with administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and inventory-related paperwork.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous clerical, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.
