Temp CNA - Weekly Pay

123 Staffing is seeking Top Tier Temp Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join our healthcare team. CNA must be willing to work short staff and understand that care is first. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the well-being of individuals in the nursing home setting. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical environment.

**IMMEDIATE OPENINGS KNOXVILLE CNA**

Pay every Friday!

7am - 3pm ($20 hourly)

3pm - 11pm ($22 hourly)

11pm - 7am ($21 hourly)

Duties

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Assist in the management of patients care plan, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Practice adequate procedures to prevent infection and maintain patient safety.
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Work under the direction of a LPN/RN.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize Point-click care software for patient management, documentation, and scheduling.

Experience

• Must Have one year of geriatric experience.
• Previous experience working with individuals in the nursing home setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
