Hourly Rate: $63.65

What Youll Do
Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for patients at nutritional risk
Develop personalized nutrition care plans aligned with evidence-based practices
Evaluate and recommend specialized nutrition support when necessary
Document all assessments and interventions accurately in patients medical records
Reassess patient status regularly and modify plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care standards
What You Need
Registered Dietitian (RD) license or certification required
Prior experience in inpatient and long-term care settings preferred
Strong knowledge of nutrition assessment and intervention techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
