What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients at risk
• Develop and oversee personalized nutrition and hydration plans
• Evaluate the need for specialized nutrition support and document findings
• Reassess and modify nutrition interventions as needed
• Collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with JACHO, state, and federal standards
• Provide nutritional education to patients and their families

What You Need
Required:

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) license in Michigan or ability to obtain
• Relevant experience in clinical or hospital nutritional services
• Strong understanding of patient-centered care and nutrition standards

Preferred:

• Experience with inpatient and long-term care settings
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes
