What Youll Do:- Counsel inpatients, outpatients, and their families on medical nutrition therapy and tailor diet plans to individual needs
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on assessments and screenings
- Monitor caloric and protein intake, recommend nutritional support, and write tube feeding orders following guidelines
- Evaluate nutritional supplement use and make appropriate recommendations
- Document all assessments, interventions, and follow-ups using standardized terminology and the nutrition care process
What You Need:- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and documentation standards
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
