Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and CFO during a maternity leave coverage assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CFO
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications
- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, materials, and logistics
- Assist with special projects, donor relations, and fundraising activities
- Plan and execute leadership events, meetings, and retreats
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials
- Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables
- Serve as a liaison with board members, donors, vendors, and community partners
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications- 7+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or boards
- Strong project coordination and event planning skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
- Nonprofit, philanthropic, or professional services experience preferred
Hiring Information- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: September 2026 through April/May 2027

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.85 per hour
