Temporary Family Law Attorney (Contract)

LHH Legal is partnering with a respected Austin-based family law firm to identify a Temporary Family Law Attorney for an immediate contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to work alongside an experienced legal team handling sophisticated family law matters, including high-net-worth and complex domestic relations cases.

If you have strong legal research and writing skills, family law experience, and are available for project-based work, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct legal research and analyze family law issues

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Assist with litigation strategy and case preparation
• Support attorneys on complex family law disputes
• Review case files and summarize legal issues and developments
• Draft client correspondence and legal communications
• Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to move matters forward efficiently

Qualifications • Active Texas Bar license required

• Family law experience strongly preferred
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Litigation support experience from case inception through resolution
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
