What You’ll Do:

• Collect and prepare blood samples using skin puncture and venipuncture techniques
• Verify patient information, label specimens, and ensure proper documentation
• Assist medical technologists and/or pathologists with laboratory tests
• Maintain laboratory equipment and records following accreditation standards
• Ensure a safe, sterile, and infection-free environment during blood draws
• Enter patient and specimen data into lab information systems
• Support ongoing quality control and laboratory safety protocols

What You Need:
Required:

• Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) license
• Experience with blood collection techniques and specimen processing
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality standards

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
• Familiarity with lab information systems
