Description: We are a full service hospital including new born, critical care, surgical, orthopedics, 2 emergency bays, 1 express care center and 4 floors for our inpatients. We also have an outpatient drawing area that sees close to 150 patients a day.

Receives and greets patients and other general public as they enter the Laboratory to determine the reason for their visit/encounter and direct them to their appropriate destination including escort as necessary. Registers lab patients accurately by reviewing patient registration data to verify necessary patient demographics, ordering/attending and primary care physician, insurance primary vs. secondary coverage information, medical, and other required information.

Must maintain a working knowledge of all hospital and support services and all locations in the Hospital. Answers or seeks answers to any questions that patients/family members may have concerning their encounter. Answers all incoming calls in a courteous and timely manner and route calls to appropriate area as necessary.
