As a Temp Laborer, you'll support daily operations on active job sites, helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople, gaining valuable experience and building a foundation for your future in construction.

What You’ll Do
As a Temp Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Construction labor including demolition of non-salvageable materials such as drywall, flooring, baseboards, and trim
• Moving out furniture, materials, and tools
• Cleaning up and debris disposal into dumpsters
• Warehouse labor including unloading and loading trucks by hand, building pallets, and moving boxed items and stacking
• Landscaping & Tree Service labor involving ground work like brush and debris removal, hauling debris to trucks or trailers
• Production work on assembly lines, boxing and stacking items, and sanitizing work areas
• Following supervisor and crew lead instructions to complete tasks effectively
• Maintaining a safe, organized work environment and wearing PPE at all times

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, landscaping, or production environments (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform hands-on physical labor for an 8-hour shift
• Confidence with basic hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and repetitive tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Dependability, punctuality, and teamwork skills with the ability to follow directions
