  different personalities) in the ED who tend to be opinionated on how
  nursing should be to be run, and with a lack of nursing leadership as of
  late, it is important
  that this incoming interim leader is aware of the existing dynamic.

RequirementDescription:

Weekly rate: ***/week + direct expenses (***/hr + direct expenses)

• 1 or 2 rounds of video TEAMs interviews will take place with C-Suite Team, which are coordinated through UnityPoint. Please supply multiple date(s) & timeframe(s) of availability.

Orientation Date:9/14, 9/21, 9/28

• at least 5 years / 60 mos of Interim leadership/progressive leadership experience in hospital / clinical environment [required]
• EPIC experience [highly preferred]
• Proficient Microsoft tools
• MSN / Master of Science in Nursing degree and / or Master's degree in one of the following; nursing, healthcare administration, business or related field [required]
• experience overseeing/supervising large employer base of FTE, PRN and Temp Contractors [required] ---- (200 employees at a minimum)
• Large healthcare system spanning multiple hospitals, or, large hospital experience; 600+ bed size [required]
• experience with finance system, Stratus [preferred]
• RECENT/CURRENT Level I Trauma Center experience [required]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Work history/resume/employment history must have a minimum of 36 months recent/current care management, case management or social work experience [required]
• Nursy s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
• Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
• Driver s License [document] [required]
