Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour
Schedule:

• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• In-office hours required

Support Structure:

• Supports 2 attorneys (1 in-office, 1 remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in insurance litigation matters
• Perform electronic filing (eFiling) in Maryland courts
• Manage attorney calendars, including court scheduling
• Coordinate depositions and court reporters
• Handle new client intake and file opening documentation
• Prepare and send correspondence, including certified mail
• Process checks and assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain heavy calendar management and scheduling responsibilities
