What Youll Do
Monitor residents continuously for changes in mental and physical health
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and assist with resident care
Coordinate with the healthcare team during rounds and discussions
Perform wound care, manage oxygen and feeding procedures
Complete detailed documentation in electronic systems
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Ensure infection control and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with residents families and team members
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN/LVN/LPN license in NH
Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience supervising or mentoring staff
Knowledge of wound care and medication management
