What Youll Do:
Observe residents continuously, noting changes in mental and physical health
Accurately transcribe and carry out physician orders
Administer medications and treatments, documenting via electronic systems
Supervise and assist Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) in resident care
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor and maintain infection control practices and unit safety
Communicate regularly with residents families and team members
Manage medication storage, documentation, and controlled substance counts
Support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing education
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
Experience supervising LNAs
Knowledge of electronic health records and medication management
