What Youll Do
Observe residents mental and physical well-being, reporting changes promptly
Accurately receive, transcribe, and implement physicians orders
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and guide their care activities
Participate in resident rounds with physicians, addressing medical needs and updates
Manage oxygen therapy, wound care, and other specialized treatments
Ensure infection control, cleanliness, and safety in resident units
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
Document ongoing care, medication administration, and resident progress
Communicate effectively with residents families and healthcare team members
What You Need Required:
Active NH LVN or LPN license
Minimum 2+ years of relevant LTC or clinical experience
Strong documentation and clinical skills
Ability to supervise staff and work in a team environment
Preferred:
Experience with wound care, oxygen management, and medication administration
Knowledge of electronic health records
