As an LPN, you ll play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill
Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Accurately document care and maintain resident records
Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes
Promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift
Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required
RequirementDescription:
Provider must have 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience - [REQUIRED]

Must be willing to complete fingerprints and medical within 24-48 hours upon acceptance - [REQUIRED]
