What You’ll Do

• Provide basic nursing and restorative care to residents under supervision of Licensed Nurses
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing
• Support residents with ambulation, mobility, and transfers
• Help residents with nutrition, hydration, and elimination needs
• Observe and report residents’ conditions and environmental concerns
• Maintain a safe environment, react to emergency situations, and support resident safety at all times
• Follow Resident Care Plans and uphold resident confidentiality and privacy
• Apply infection control techniques consistently
• Respect and support the spiritual and physical needs of residents

What You Need

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Hampshire
• Prior long-term care experience preferred
• Compassionate, attentive, and reliable attitude
• Ability to work evenings and adapt to a team environment
