What You’ll Do

• Provide basic nursing and restorative care under supervision of licensed staff
• Assist residents with personal hygiene—bathing, grooming, dressing
• Support mobility, ambulation, and positioning needs
• Help residents with nutrition, hydration, and waste management
• Follow Resident Care Plans and facility policies to ensure safety and comfort
• Respond to emergency situations, including resident falls and environment hazards
• Maintain confidentiality and infection control standards at all times

What You Need

• Valid Nursing Assistant Certification (NH required)
• Covid Vaccination Series (no exemptions)
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as scheduled
• Compassionate approach to resident care
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required
