What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care to stable surgical patients under RN supervision
- Conduct focused assessments: vital signs, skin, wounds, and functional status
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, nutrition, and hydration
- Administer oral, topical, and inhaled medications; IV medications upon completion of authorized training and delegation
- Apply dressings and assistive devices as ordered or indicated
- Communicate patient status and observations to the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a safe environment by following policies and reporting safety concerns
- Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and compliance activities
What You Need:- Valid NH LPN license and relevant certifications
- Prior experience in medical-surgical units preferred
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work night shifts reliably in a fast-paced environment
