You will ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, our team, and visitors to participate in the residents daily life rhythm. You will also Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member inspired and accountable for resident care and satisfaction. Pay Rate: $30-34/hour, depending on experience +$2/hr. Night Shift Differential
