Shift Hours: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Maxim Healthcare in Visalia, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient who is dependent on G tube and Trach. Thisposition is a temporary assignment that is two months but could take longer.

MUST have OVER ONE YEAR of LVN EXPERIENCE UNDER YOUR LICENSE.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
