Required Skills:
- Proven clinical skills including vital signs measurement, specimen collection, and patient education
- Ability to assist physicians with procedures and prepare necessary documentation
- Proficiency in administering injections under direct supervision
- Strong communication skills to effectively notify patients of test results and care plans
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent
- Prior outpatient clinic or medical office experience
- Bilingual abilities in relevant languages (if applicable)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Valid Medical Assistant certification or registration where applicable
- Ability to travel between clinics as needed
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations
- Must possess or be willing to obtain relevant state licensure if applicable
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $27.36, paid weekly via direct deposit.
