What You’ll Do

• Evaluate hospitalized patients’ physical and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist patients in regaining skills necessary for daily living and safe discharge
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

What You Need

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Michigan
• Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong assessment and therapeutic skills in physical and cognitive domain
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adhere to clinical guidelines and documentation standards
