What Youll Do
Evaluate and treat hospitalized patients to help them regain physical and cognitive skills needed for daily living
Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress
Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate medical records
Support safe discharge planning and patient education
Comply with all hospital and healthcare standards and protocols
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
