What You’ll Do

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per clinical standards
• Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document all services accurately in electronic health records
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver counseling and education
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care and discharge planning
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, and students when applicable
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, trainings, and continuing education

What You Need

• Valid Oklahoma Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adherence to NBCOT and state practice acts, ethics, and standards
