What Youll Do
Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans following clinical standards
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary therapies, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
Document clinical interventions and patient outcomes in electronic health records
Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families
Support supervision of OT assistants, aides, and students as needed
What You Need
Required:
Valid occupational therapist license
Knowledge of clinical assessment tools and evidence-based practices
Ability to communicate effectively with team and patients
Preferred:
Prior experience in long-term care settings
Experience supervising support staff and students
