Licensure/Certifications: Valid OT license in TX, NBCOT certification preferred
Experience: Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96/hour
Pay package discussed upon application

What Youll Do
Evaluate patients cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory standards
Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Coordinate care with healthcare team members, patients, families, and caregivers
Complete comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate patient records
Participate in team meetings and ongoing trainings
Supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehab aides, or students as needed
What You Need
Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
NBCOT certification preferred
1+ years of relevant clinical experience
Knowledge of therapeutic interventions for ADL and cognitive disorders
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to uphold all regulatory and ethical standards
