Experience: Prior LTC or rehabilitation experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $35.51

What Youll Do
Support patients with rehabilitative and skilled treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
Document all clinical interventions accurately in electronic health records
Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding cognitive and physical functions
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and scheduled facility reviews
Support the supervision of students and maintain compliance with practice acts and ethical standards
What You Need
Active state licensure/registration for Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Prior experience working with older adults in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
