Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86/hour

What Youll Do:
Support clinical interventions by implementing evidence-based practices.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Conduct procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
Assess patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist to modify treatment plans.
Document all care and treatment activities in electronic health records per regulatory standards.
Support patient, family, and caregiver education regarding cognitive and physical disorders.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and facility training sessions.
Support and supervise students in clinical training under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.
Ensure compliance with NBCOT/AOTA and state practice acts, ethics, and regulations.
What You Need:
Required:
Active State Licensure/Registration
Experience working with patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders
Knowledge of evidence-based occupational therapy practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Prior experience in Long Term Care or rehabilitation settings
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
