What You’ll Do:
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
  • Perform procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
  • Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to supervising therapists
  • Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
  • Support and supervise students as directed
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

What You Need:
  • Active State Occupational Therapist Assistant license
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of rehabilitative procedures and documentation standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and State practice acts, ethics, and conduct
