What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients with cognitive and physical functioning disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
Perform procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
Assess patient progress and communicate treatment adjustments to supervising therapists
Document all clinical activities accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
Support and supervise students as directed
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What You Need:
Active State Occupational Therapist Assistant license
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Knowledge of rehabilitative procedures and documentation standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and State practice acts, ethics, and conduct
