What You’ll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments supporting patients’ physical and cognitive needs
• Administer therapy procedures including ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, families, and caregivers
• Assist in discharge planning and prepare necessary documentation of services
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as required

What You Need:

• Active state licensure or registration (if applicable)
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation requirements
