Hourly Rate: $36.85

What Youll Do:
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments supporting patients physical and cognitive needs
Administer therapy procedures including ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
Monitor and document patient progress, reporting to supervising Occupational Therapist
Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, families, and caregivers
Assist in discharge planning and prepare necessary documentation of services
Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as required
What You Need:
Active state licensure or registration (if applicable)
Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation requirements
