What You’ll Do
  • Support patient rehabilitation through evidence-based practices
  • Provide skilled, medically necessary interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
  • Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Document treatments and patient progress accurately in electronic records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide consultations to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Support discharge planning and contribute to patient care conferences
  • Supervise and support students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant practice acts, ethics, and regulations
What You Need
  • Current State Licensure/Registration (as applicable)
  • Relevant experience in long-term care settings preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow clinical protocols
