What You’ll Do

• Support clinical interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
• Administer rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments per plan
• Conduct assessments and communicate patient progress to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and use of supportive devices
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Ensure adherence to professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics

What You Need

• Active state licensure/registration
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Key skills: patient care, teamwork, documentation accuracy, adherence to regulatory standards
