What Youll Do- Support clinical interventions for patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
- Administer rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments per plan
- Conduct assessments and communicate patient progress to supervising Occupational Therapist
- Assist with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and use of supportive devices
- Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and continuing education
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Ensure adherence to professional practice acts, code of conduct, and ethics
What You Need- Active state licensure/registration
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Key skills: patient care, teamwork, documentation accuracy, adherence to regulatory standards
