What You’ll Do
  • Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervise of an Occupational Therapist
  • Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
  • Assess patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist
  • Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and providers regarding cognitive and physical disorders
  • Document all patient interactions according to regulatory and company standards
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions
  • Support and supervise students under therapist guidance when needed
What You Need
Required:
  • Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
  • 1+ years of experience working in rehabilitation or LTC settings
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Preferred:
  • Experience with DME and supplies procurement
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
