What Youll Do
Support clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practices under supervise of an Occupational Therapist
Administer treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Assess patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes to the supervising therapist
Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and providers regarding cognitive and physical disorders
Document all patient interactions according to regulatory and company standards
Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions
Support and supervise students under therapist guidance when needed
What You Need
Required:
Active State Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
1+ years of experience working in rehabilitation or LTC settings
Knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation standards
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Preferred:
Experience with DME and supplies procurement
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
