Hourly Pay Rate: $38.86

What Youll Do
Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders under supervision
Implement therapy plans including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use
Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed
Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records, complying with regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members
Support and supervise students under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education sessions
What You Need
Active State Occupational Therapy Assistant license/registration
NBCOT certification (preferred but not mandatory)
1+ years of experience in long-term care or related environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adherence to NBCOT / AOTA standards and ethical practices
