Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, medically necessary occupational therapy treatments to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders
• Support patients through activities like ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and assistive device use
• Monitor and assess patient progress; communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document all clinical interventions and patient responses accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care plans
• Support and supervise students under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Adhere to all professional licensure, ethics, and practice standards in accordance with NBCOT, AOTA, and state regulations

What You Need:

• Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (if applicable)
• Prior experience working in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and support patient-focused care
