What You'll Do
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to help patients regain mobility and function
- Conduct thorough evaluations, set goals, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Administer a wide range of physical therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and manual therapy
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and discharge instructions
- Document patient assessments and treatment progress accordance with facility and legal standards
- Supervise and collaborate with physical therapy assistants and other healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with third-party payer requirements and professional standards
What You Need
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in inpatient rehabilitative therapy
- Strong skills in communication, motivation, and patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
