What You’ll Do
  • Screen, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care for individuals with physical functioning disorders
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, wound care, and use of assistive devices
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and therapists
  • Support supervision of rehab aides and students as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory and clinical standards
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training activities
What You Need
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS certification required
  • Prior experience with patient rehabilitation in long-term care settings preferred
  • Strong communication and patient management skills
  • Knowledge of documentation systems and clinical procedures
