What Youll Do
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all care provided
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records
Support supervision of rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants as needed
What You Need
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
BLS certification required
Prior experience in long-term care facilities preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
