What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
  • Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in electronic health records
  • Support supervision of rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants as needed
What You Need
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
  • BLS certification required
  • Prior experience in long-term care facilities preferred
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
