What You’ll Do
  • Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
  • Administer manual therapy, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive/supportive devices
  • Assess patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to optimize recovery
  • Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support regarding physical health and rehabilitation
  • Communicate with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and treatment plans
  • Document all patient care and regulatory required information accurately in electronic health records
  • Support supervision of rehab aides, students, or assistants as needed
What You Need
  • Required:
    • Valid Physical Therapist license in MA
    • Prior experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings
    • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with wound care
    • Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
