What Youll Do:
Assess and evaluate patients physical functioning and develop individualized care plans.
Administer therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, and wound care.
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes in compliance with regulations.
Educate and counsel patients, families, and colleagues on treatment options and rehabilitation goals.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
Supervise and support rehabilitation aides/students when applicable.
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences.
What You Need:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Knowledge of APTA standards and state practice acts
Strong communication and patient care skills
