Physical Therapist – Long Term Care (LTC) Days – Easton, MA

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active Physical Therapist license in MA or eligible, CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Experience: Prior LTC experience recommended

Pay & Benefits:
  • Pay rate: $58.96/hour

What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive device training
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and modify treatments accordingly
  • Document all treatments and patient responses per regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including caregivers and other providers
  • Provide patient and family education on recovery and management
  • Support supervision of rehabilitation aides and therapy assistants

What You Need:
  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
  • 1+ years of experience in LTC or related settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of regulatory documentation standards and clinical best practices
