Licenses/Certifications: Active Physical Therapist license in MA or eligible, CPR/BLS certification preferred
Experience: Prior LTC experience recommended
Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: $58.96/hour
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What Youll Do:
Evaluate and develop individualized care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and assistive device training
Conduct patient assessments, monitor progress, and modify treatments accordingly
Document all treatments and patient responses per regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including caregivers and other providers
Provide patient and family education on recovery and management
Support supervision of rehabilitation aides and therapy assistants
What You Need:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
1+ years of experience in LTC or related settings preferred
Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of regulatory documentation standards and clinical best practices
