What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Develop personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Perform manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments accordingly
• Document all treatments and patient outcomes accurately in electronic health records
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling
• Participate in care conferences, meetings, and training as required
• Supervise and support rehabilitation aides or students as needed

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in physical therapy
