What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents' posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care standards are met
• Guide and direct therapy services in accordance with regulations and facility policies
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly
• Assist residents in tasks such as transfers, walking, and other mobility activities

What You Need:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri with an active, unrestricted license
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
