Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $59.63/hour

What Youll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes
- Provide patient and family education and counseling
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members about patient status
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and treatment minutes
- Support supervision of rehab aides, students, and assistants as required
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as scheduled
- Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts
What You Need:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of outpatient or LTC therapy experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
