Experience: Minimum 2 years of outpatient rehabilitation experience
Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $59.63/hour
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What Youll Do:
Evaluate and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards
Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes
Provide patient and family education and counseling
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members about patient status
Maintain accurate documentation of services and treatment minutes
Support supervision of rehab aides, students, and assistants as required
Participate in meetings, trainings, and in-services as scheduled
Ensure compliance with APTA and state practice acts
What You Need:
Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
At least 2 years of outpatient or LTC therapy experience
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
