What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, or post-surgical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery
• Conduct assessments including gait, balance, and functional mobility evaluations
• Utilize EMR system (EPIC) to document progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapy license in New Hampshire
• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work flexible days and accommodate scheduled holiday work as needed
